Embarking on the journey to join Alpha Gamma Rho is an exciting opportunity to connect with like-minded individuals passionate about agriculture and life sciences. Our recruitment process is designed to identify and welcome individuals who are eager to contribute to our fraternity’s legacy of excellence.

The process begins with our Rush Week, where prospective members can attend various events to meet current brothers and learn more about our values and activities. Following Rush Week, interested candidates will participate in interviews to discuss their aspirations and how they align with our fraternity’s goals. Successful candidates will then receive an invitation (bid) to join our brotherhood, marking the start of a transformative experience at NMSU.

Rush Week Events

During Rush Week, you’ll have the chance to attend social gatherings, professional development workshops, and informational sessions. These events are designed to give you a comprehensive understanding of what it means to be a part of Alpha Gamma Rho.
